OUR PROCESS
Consultation
Meet with us in our East Bendigo showroom to talk through your concept. We can provide product advice and suggestions, while our qualified interior designer can guide you on an overall design if needed. Take home samples, view a range of slabs on-site and get a feel for the product that will be yours.
Quote
We’ll then move on to the first measure and you’ll receive an initial proposal with drawings, pricing, company information and our safety standards.
Digital measure
Once the proposal is accepted, we’ll take a highly detailed and accurate digital measure which will be used to program our machinery to cut your stone or porcelain. We use a digital Proliner technology for fast, easy and highly accurate measuring that integrates directly into our machines, reducing wastage for better sustainability.
Fabrication
Your stone will then be sourced, and we’ll create CAD drawings of the project. Our qualified team will then safely and accurately cut your stone as required using state-of-the-art machinery.
Installation
Our expert installation team will carefully fit your stone or porcelain. We will work with the utmost care and respect for your property or space.
Aftercare
Post-install, you’ll hear from us in follow-up to make sure everything meets your expectations. We’ll provide an aftercare pack and are on hand to answer any questions you have about your finished product.
